Julia Oostman, Staff Reporter
Julia Oostman is a senior at Normal Community High School and a four-year member of the Varsity NCHS Swim Team. This is her first year working with the Inkspot as a staff reporter. I am most comfortable when I am in my backyard swimming in the lake. My all-time dream is to swim in college on a scholarship.
