While over 100 teams are set to participate in the inaugural season of flag football, Community isnt likely to field a team until the 2025-26 school year. 
Community is one of over 35 teams that looks to participate in the IHSAs sophomore flag football season, along with other Big 12 schools Bloomington and Urbana. 
The 25-26 season would see six Big 12 schools offering the sport.
