Mr. Dave Feeney’s 3rd hour AP Literature and Composition students performed the school song on Friday, October 5.

This tradition has occurred for the past 15 years in all of Feeney’s English classes as a way to get his students to display school spirit on the final day of Homecoming week.

That Friday is an “awkward day,” Feeney said. But he enjoys this activity because it gets the students “up and involved” and “the students really get into it.”

Kimberly Halm is a senior at Normal Community High School who participates in theatre and engineering. This is her first year as a staff reporter at the Inkspot. My favorite film is Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again. If I won a million dollars I would pay my college tuition.

Abby Kimball is a senior at Normal Community High School and is a member of the Theatre program and the Thespians Society. She is a Staff Reporter for Inkspot. My all-time dream is to become a staff writer for Saturday Night Live. One random fact about me is that I can play five different instruments fluently. I like to travel, perform, and make people laugh.
