Shakespeare Shorts Shakespeare Shorts is an annual tradition at NCHS. The theater group performs many short skits, all Shakespeare. SophiaRose Brown, a senior and director of Shakespeare Shorts, said, “I love [Shakespeare’s] language and being able to make it into whatever you want it to be it to be since there is no copyright on his work.”

Brooklyn is a senior at Normal Community High School. This is her first year as an Inkspot staff reporter. She is not involved in any extra-curricular activities, but enjoys painting and listening to and playing music in her free time. Most comfortable when I am jamming out in my car. Guilty pleasure Watching horror movies and eating ice cream even though I’m lactose intolerant. Biggest pet peeve When people don’t use their turn signal. I’d really like to meet Brooklyn Beckham because I want to marry him so he can introduce us as Brooklyn and Brooklyn Beckham.

Elyse Schneider is a senior at Normal Community High School. This is her first year involved in the Inkspot as a staff reporter. At school, Elyse is involved in French Club and FCCLA. Guilty pleasure Watching the Bachelor or the Bachelorette. Book that moved me One of the best books I have ever read is All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. Farthest I’ve ever been from home Munich, Germany and is definitely one of my favorite places in the world. Random fact about me I don’t like hot coffee.

Alex Perez is a senior at Normal Community High School. This is her first year with Inkspot as a staff reporter. She is also involved with the school softball team. Biggest pet peeve When people interrupt others when they are in the middle of a conversation. Slogan to live by If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. If I won a million dollars I would travel the world. Favorite film Grease, The Breakfast Club, and The Age of Adaline.
Nick Schaber, Staff Reporter
Nick is a junior at Normal Community High School. He is a staff reporter and this is his first year on Inkspot. He is involved in the football and track programs at Normal Community. Who inspires me Tupac Shakur, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and Jason Williams. On the weekend I play basketball at the park with my friends. Favorite Film Menace II Society (1993), Juice (1992), and Above The Rim (1994). I’d really like to meet Tupac Shakur because he is my all-time favorite rapper and was a cultural icon in the 90’s.
Will Dowell, Multimedia Editor
Will Dowell is a senior at Normal Community High School and he plays on the baseball team. This is his third year being a part of the Inkspot staff. My favorite film is Moneyball with Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill. If I won a million dollars, then I would by 2 million Frosties from Wendy’s. The slogan that I live by is “There is no such thing as an inappropriate joke, that’s why it’s a joke.”-Michael Scott.

Tyler Moore is a junior at Normal Community High School. Tyler doesn’t play any sports at school. He is a staff reporter in the Inkspot.
If I won 1 million dollars I would invest the money to make more money. During the weekend I like to go out and hangout with my friends. My all time dream is Make a Million dollars.
