NCHS volleyball State finals details

A reminder to NCHS volleyball fans –  sections L, K, J at Redbird Arena are the designated seating areas for Normal Community volleyball fans if they are attending IHSA State Finals on Friday, November 14th. The Lady Iron will play Benet Academy at 7:30 at Redbird Arena.

Tickets for the Friday night session are $8.00. All tickets purchased are general admission.

Advanced tickets can be purchased in the NCHS Athletic office from 7:00 to 3:00 through Thursday.

Tickets for the Saturday night session will also be $8.00. Game time on Saturday will depend on the outcome of Friday night’s game. The consolation match is 7:25 and the championship match at 8:25.

Each team and their fans will be rated by a sportsmanship team during both days of competition. Each school can earn points to win the Sportsmanship Award.

NCHS will participate in the Awards Ceremony will follow the championship match in Session 4 on Saturday night. (Approximately 9:30) Any fans rushing of the court at the conclusion of a game will cause the cancellation of the awards ceremony. Fans will not be allowed on the floor during the awards ceremony for photographs.

A reception for the Final Four NCHS Volleyball team will be on Sunday, November 16 at 1:00 in the NCHS cafeteria.
