During the school year, present-day teenagers have increasingly busy lives, including schedules filled with sports, schoolwork, part-time jobs, and relaxation. But when summer begins, most sports are out of season and schoolwork is a no (unless you like summer school). So instead of spending your summer on the couch, or out causing mayhem, why not volunteer? There are a lot of volunteering opportunities going on in Bloomington-Normal, it’s only a matter of finding the one that’s perfect for you.
