Senior Sunrise, organized by the Senior Class Board, kicked off the Class of 2025’s official activities with seniors gathering to watch the sunrise on their senior year at 6 a.m. in the faculty parking lot on Friday, Aug. 23.
The event was an opportunity for members of the senior class to socialize, with donuts and coffee provided. Mrs. Jennifer Kelly, Senior Class sponsor, estimated that 200 students attended.
Each year, seniors may decorate tiles to leave their mark on Community. A $2 fee covers the cost of supplies and helps fund other senior activies like the Senior Picnic and Celebration.
