‘Smooth Criminals’: Mr. John Bergmann and Dhanush Gurrala

Mr. John Bergmann and Dhanush Gurrala (’23) channeled the “King of Pop’s” spirit with their dance to a medley of Michael Jackson hits. Though Gurrala is renowned for his dance moves, Bergmann applied every law of physics to master the moonwalk and MJs signature circle slide.

This duo had it all — technical skills, showmanship and the ability to connect with the crowd. It proved to be a winning formula, as they took home the Dancing with the Staff trophy at the night’s end.
