  • During her time at Normal Community, Kaitlin Bryce was a part of the Cross Country team, a leader within Interact Club, and the co-captain of the varsity Scholastic Bowl team. In addition to playing the viola with the NCHS Orchestras, Kaitlin will fondly look back on mornings spent with friends in the cafe. Kaitlin is also an Illinois State Scholar and a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and the National German Honor Society. She will be attending the University of Alabama at Huntsville’s Honors College, majoring in Biology with a minor in German. Congratulations, Kaitlin!

  • Macie Hammons’ favorite memory from her time at Normal Community is taking part in the Powderpuff game her junior year. She will also look back on the memorable moments spent with friends, including Friday nights supporting the Ironmen Football team. Macie was involved with the Lady Iron soccer program, cross country, and the National Art Honor Society. Macie will be attending the University of Evansville in the fall, majoring in Environmental Administration and Policy, and minoring in Sociology. Congratulations, Macie!

  • Jordan McWain’s favorite memory from her time as an Ironmen was going on a trip to Florida with the band during her Freshman year. In addition to playing flute within the NCHS Bands, she was involved with National Honor Society and Pit Orchestra for the Musical. She will fondly remember seeing the people she loves each day, including many teachers. Jordan will be attending Baylor University in the fall to major in Biology and Minor in Spanish. Congratulations, Jordan!

  • Anny Mitra’s favorite memory from her time at NCHS was spending time with friends, along with homecoming week. She will also fondly remember going to Ironmen Basketball games with friends. Anny was involved with Generation Connect Club during her time at NCHS. In the fall, Anny will be playing soccer and studying on a Pre-Law track with a minor in Business at Illinois Wesleyan University. Congratulations, Anny!

  • Jaxson Green represented Normal Community as he competed on NCHS Track and Field team. Gifting his favorite teacher a nerf gun for Christmas was an unforgettable memory he made during his four years. Jaxson will miss the people and friends who made his journey through high school a more enjoyable experience. Shifting from an Ironman to a Hawk, he will be working toward a degree in Engineering at Heartland Community College next fall. Congratulations, Jaxson!

  • Natalie Starkey’s favorite memory from her time at Normal Community was going to NDA Nationals and Universal Studios in Florida with the Iron Dance Team. In addition to her dance achievements, she was a part of Student Council and the Principal’s Advisory Committee. She will fondly remember spending time with her friends and the great staff at NCHS. This fall, Natalie will be majoring in Accounting at Illinois State University. Congratulations, Natalie!

  • Michael Showers was involved with both the Ironmen Football program and the Iron Track and Field team during his time at NCHS. He will fondly remember playing on Friday nights, as well as spending time with friends. Michael will be continuing his athletic pursuits at McKendree University, where he will be studying and playing football. Congratulations, Michael!

  • Abbie Morgan’s most memorable moments at Normal Community came during her time as a part of the NCHS Cheerleading team. From cheering under the Friday Night Lights to competitions with her team, she will fondly look back on time spent on the mat. Additionally, she will remember the many memories created with close friends. Abbie will be attending Clemson University in the fall to major in Biology. Congratulations, Abbie!

  • Kyler Probst’s favorite memory from his time at NCHS was competing at IHSA Track State. In addition to his athletic pursuits, Kyler was involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He will look back fondly on spending quality time with his friends at NCHS. In the fall, Kyler will be attending Grand Canyon University to major in Business Management. Congratulations, Kyler!

  • Sheri Stewart’s favorite memories as an NCHS Ironmen came from her time as a dual-sport athlete: the fun bus rides to and from Lady Iron Soccer games and Lady Iron Cross Country meets. She will also fondly remember hanging out with her friends and being able to see them every day. In addition to her athletic achievements, Sheri was a part of FBLA, Key Club, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and the National Spanish Honor Society. In the fall, Sheri will be majoring in Finance within the Gies School of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Congratulations, Sheri!

  • Katie Zimmerman’s favorite memories from her time as an NCHS Ironmen came while spending time with close friends. She was involved with the NCHS Orchestras program, including playing in the ILMEA All-State Orchestra during her senior year. Katie will be attending Illinois State University to study Business in the fall. Congratulations, Katie

  • Jenna Merrill’s favorite memory from her time at NCHS was meeting her best friend Sydney on the Lady Iron Swim team during her freshman year. Outside the pool, Jenna was involved with Student Council, Best Buddies, and FCA, in addition to being named Homecoming Queen. She will also miss the brownies and spicy chicken tenders from the cafeteria. In the fall, Jenna will be studying Intercultural Studies and Business at Olivet Nazarene University. Congratulations, Jenna!

  • Maggie Shackley’s favorite memories from her time at NCHS included talking with friends after school in the hallway, hearing the “school is closing in five minutes” announcement and waiting in friends’ cars and listening to music or laughing over things that happened throughout the day. During her time at Normal Community, she was a part of Theatre and Thespians. She will most miss the connections made at NCHS. In the fall, Maggie will be attending Illinois State University to major in Acting and minor in Communications. Congratulations, Maggie!

  • As an Ironmen, Juliana Johnson was involved with Future Business Leaders of America, Choir, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Her favorite memories from her time at NCHS came dressing up for and dancing with her friends at Homecoming and Prom. She will also look back fondly on seeing her friends and favorite teachers every day. Juliana will be attending the University of Iowa to major in Elementary Education in the fall. Congratulations, Juliana!

  • Connor Grant’s favorite memory from his time at NCHS is performing at home football games with the marching band. He was involved with both the NCHS Concert Bands and the Normal Marching Band. He will also look fondly on spending time with friends. In the fall, Connor will be studying Systems Engineering within the Grainger School of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Congratulations, Connor!
