Multimedia: Spring Festival assembly

Irons Got Talent winner Andrea Crose (12) performs a cover of Bon Iver's "Skinny Love" at the Spring Festival assembly on March 18. Crose's winning performance at Irons Got Talent was the song "Not About Angels" by Birdy - who also covers "Skinny Love".

The Step club performed original choreography during the March, 18 Spring Festival assembly.

The cast of the spring musical, Children of Eden, perform the work's title song. The musical opens its run on April 7.

Peyton Bergmann (11) lip syncs to Rihanna's hit "Unfaithful" during the Spring Festival assembly on March 18. Bergmann qualified to perform during the all school assembly by winning 4th hour on Monday, March 14.

Lydia Ochs (12) and Colleen Connelly (12) won the 2nd Annual Lip Sync Battle performing the 1983 Weather Girls song "It's Raining Men". The duo qualified to perform at the Spring Festival assembly by winning the preliminary competition during 5th hour on Monday, March 14.

Mr. Brad Bovenkerk performed to the Bob Seger classic "Old Time Rock and Roll" during the 2nd Annual Lip Sync Battle during the Spring Festival assembly on March 18.

Kate Meulemans (12) and Maddie McDonnell (12) perform along with the Smash Mouth song "All Star", the pair qualified to participate in the assembly lip sync battle by winning their lunch hour.

Iron Ike, while unable to lip sync, demonstrated his dancing skills by performing Beyonce's "Single Ladies" routine during the Spring Festival assembly.

The NCHS Dance team performed during the Spring Festival assembly on March 18. 2015-2016 has been a successful year for the team, they qualified for the IHSA State competition for the 4th consecutive time, while also placing 4th in both the Hip Hop and Lyrical categories at the Illinois Drill Team Association State meet on February 14.
