Easy to make winter desserts recipes

The Inkspot staff tried out some winter dessert recipes – here are the step-by-step instructions for our favorites.
Our criteria for choosing recipes to test were that:
a. the ingredients for each recipe cost no more than $15
b. the recipes included a lot of ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen
c. that they only needed 15ish minutes of active working (not counting time in the oven or fridge)
